1. Overview

This policy explains what Pascal Travel collects when you search for flights, book one, or create an account, and what we do with it.

2. What We Collect

When you use this website we may collect:

• Account details: If you create an account, your name, email address and a securely hashed password. We never see or store your password in readable form. You can also choose to save a mobile number and date of birth — these are optional, and you can remove them at any time.
• Your searches: The airports, dates, traveller counts and cabin class you enter, so we can return results. Your most recent search is also kept in your own browser so results survive a page refresh.
• Booking details: If you book a flight, the legal name, date of birth and gender/title of every traveller, plus one contact email and phone number — the airline requires these to issue tickets. We never see or store your card number; see below.
• Preferences: Your chosen language and currency, stored in your browser so the site remembers them.
• Technical data: Standard web server information such as IP address and browser type, used to keep the site working and secure. The country your IP suggests is used to pick a display currency. If you allow the location prompt, your device's position is used inside your browser to work out the same thing — the coordinates are never sent to us and never stored.

3. How We Use It

We use your information only to run the service:

• Returning flight results that match what you searched for.
• Creating and securing your account, letting you reset your password, and keeping any optional traveller details you choose to save.
• Booking your flight with the airline once you pay, and sending you the confirmation and booking reference.
• Answering you when you email our support address.

4. Who We Share It With

We do not sell or rent your personal data. We share only what is needed with the services that run this site: our flight, booking and payments provider (Duffel), which receives your route, dates and traveller counts to return fares, and — only if you book — your travellers' names, dates of birth and contact details to issue the ticket and process payment; our authentication provider, which stores account records; and our email provider, which delivers confirmation and password-reset messages. Each processes data on our behalf under their own terms.

5. Your Rights and Contact

You may ask what personal data we hold about you, request corrections, or ask us to delete your account and its data. Email {email} and we will respond within 4-5 business days. You can also clear your saved searches and preferences at any time by clearing this website's data in your browser.
