3. Flight Bookings & Airline Rules
Pascal Travel operates as a travel facilitator connecting users directly with partner airlines. All flight fares, baggage allowances, and cabin rules are dictated by the operating carrier. Once a booking order is confirmed, changes and cancellations are subject to the specific airline's fee structure and fare terms.
4. Cancellations, Refunds & Modifications
- 24-Hour Grace Period: Eligible bookings may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund, subject to airline terms.
- Airline Involuntary Schedule Changes: If an airline cancels or delays your flight by more than 3 hours, our customer support team will assist you in rebooking or applying for a carrier refund at no extra service fee.
- Voluntary Changes: Modifications requested by the customer may incur airline change fees plus a standard Pascal Travel processing fee.
5. Passenger Responsibilities
It is the traveler's responsibility to ensure that all passenger names match official passport documents exactly and that all necessary visas, transit permits, and travel documentation are secured prior to departure.
